Wheat gluten, textured soy, vegetable oil, salt, spices (onion, garlic), class IV caramel color, vegan, potassium sorbate, vitamin B12.

Contains: gluten, wheat and soy .

Conservation

Keep frozen at -18° C° and "Once thawed, prepare for consumption, it should not be frozen again."

Usage suggestion

Fry in oil over medium heat until golden brown and uniform on both sides. Cook vegetables in small pieces. In the middle of the milanese, add the vegetables with a slice of plant-based cheese, roll the milanesa until it forms small cubes and set aside in a refractory. Prepare a tomato sauce with olive oil, add olives and filleted mushrooms. When serving the Milanese, bathe it with tomato sauce, accompany it with some legumes (beans, lentils, chickpeas, etc.) to obtain a high-quality protein.
