Usage suggestion
You drink 3 cups a day; a cup 30 minutes before each meal, 2g (a heaping teaspoon) of R-250 per cup, boil for 7 minutes over low heat, prepare each time you drink it and without sweetening, prepare the tea in pewter earthenware without chipping or stainless steel; never in aluminum pottery.
