Usage suggestion
On the stove, place a frying pan to heat with vegetable oil, when it reaches medium to high temperature, immerse the breaded fish fillets and cook for approximately 10 minutes until golden brown completely.
In air fryer, preheat to 360ºF (180ºC) and lightly spray the fish fillets with vegetable oil and cook for approximately 13 minutes and then flip and cook for 8 more minutes until golden brown and crispy.
In the oven, preheat to 480ºF (240ºC), place the fillets on a tray, drizzle with vegetable oil and cook for 18 minutes, then flip and cook for 7 more minutes until golden.
