Description

Imitation chicken fajitas made with vegetables bathed in tangerine-orange sauce.

Ingredients

Water, added sugars (sugar), enriched wheat flour (wheat flour), niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folate), soy protein isolate, vital wheat (gluten), vegetable oil ( canola), distilled vinegar. Contains 2% or less of: soy sauce (water, soy, wheat, salt), rice flour, modified starch (potato), fruit puree (water, concentrated tangerine orange juice, concentrated tangerine juice), salt, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, vegetable oil (sunflower), starch (corn), garlic powder, ancient grain flour (khorasan wheat), salted sake (water, rice, salt), starch (potato), flavorings, spices, hydrolyzed yeast, artificial colors (titanium dioxide), orange oil, leavening agent (tetrasodium pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate, monocalic phosphate), crushed red pepper, lactic acid. Contains gluten and soy.

Conservation

Keep frozen at -18°C and once thawed, prepare for consumption, it should not be frozen again.

Usage suggestion

Before cooking the fajitas, thaw the sauce that comes in the package using a bowl of hot water for 3 minutes. Open the sauce packet and pour it into a small saucepan, heat over medium heat on the stove until warm. Remember to let the sauce sit for 1 minute before serving.

Stovetop 8 minutes: Heat 2 tablespoons vegetable oil in a nonstick skillet over medium heat, add frozen plant-based chicken fajitas and cook for 6-8 minutes, turning once, until crispy and golden, add sauce that comes in the packaging and serve. Conventional oven cooking 18 minutes: Preheat to 218.3°C, when your oven is hot, bake the frozen fajitas on a baking sheet for 15-18 minutes, turning once, until crispy, toss the hot fajitas with the sauce warm (oven temperature may vary). Don't overcook, it's not meat! Cook until the internal temperature is 73-88°C (minimum).
