Ingredients
Water, pea protein*, refined coconut oil, sunflower oil, natural flavor, contains 2% or less of: rice protein, bean protein, potato starch, salt, vegetable juice (for color), fiber apple, methylcellulose, citrus extract (to protect quality), calcium alginate casing.
*Peas are legumes. People with severe allergies to legumes such as peanuts should be careful about introducing pea protein into their diet due to the possibility of pea allergy. Does not contain peanuts or nuts.
Conservation
Keep refrigerated and use within 3 days of opening. Do not freeze again. Cook thoroughly before serving. If you buy them frozen, thaw them in the refrigerator before cooking. Consume within 7 days of thawing.
Usage suggestion
Griddle: Set nonstick griddle to highest temperature (450-475°F), cook for about 7 minutes, turning frequently. Cooking time may vary depending on equipment. Always cook to an internal temperature of 165°F.
Grill: Preheat covered grill to 500°f. Lightly brush sausages with oil, grill for about 6 minutes, turning halfway through.
Skillet: Heat a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and cook for 6 minutes, turning halfway through.
