Imitation of meatballs made from vegetables.
Ingredients
Water, soy protein concentrate, vital wheat gluten, soy protein isolate, expeller-pressed canola oil, enriched wheat flour (niacin, ferrous sulfate, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), modified vegetable gum, spices, dehydrated onion, yeast extract, malted barley extract, sea salt, organic cane sugar, dehydrated garlic, natural flavors (from plant sources), vinegar, molasses, pea protein, carrot fiber, beet fiber, starch wheat, soy lecithin, paprika and turmeric extracts, annatto extract.
Contains non-genetically modified soy, wheat and canola.
Conservation
Keep frozen at -18ºC and once thawed, prepare for consumption, it should not be frozen again.
Suggestions for use
To cook on the stove, place the meatballs in a sauce when it is starting to boil and let it cook for between 15 and 20 minutes of strong boiling. You can also sauté it in a non-stick pan with 1 or 2 teaspoons of vegetable oil, cooking for between 15 and 17 minutes, until completely golden brown (do not overcook).
In a conventional oven, preheat the oven to 232.2ºC and place the frozen product on a tray to bake for between 15 and 20 minutes until golden brown on all sides. Add your favorite sauce.
To cook in the microwave, place the meatballs in a suitable container, cover them with your favorite sauce and place a lid on them to cook on medium heat for 8 minutes, moving halfway through the cooking time.
